To view the reason for the failure:
- head to Claims
- search for the claim
- click the green plus button to the left of the claim, the reason for the failure will be there.
If you want to check whether ACC has recieved and processed the claim:
- Head to Claims sent
- Click Search ACC by Claim number
- Search by the Claim number
- If everything looks fine with the claim, you can safely move the status to Registered or Submitted, from the claim's page:
If you want to remove the claim from the dashboard as the claim has failed and can not be corrected, you can make the claim inactive, or delete the claim.
