Important: Only users with Admin rights can add and remove practitioners and adjust the subscription plan. The user account used to sign up to SubmitKit will have Admin rights, and only users given Admin rights from that original user's account.
Adding a Practitioner
If you need to adjust your plan to accommodate your new practitioner head to the Account page and select the appropriate plan.
Then head to Settings -> Practitioners.
If the practitioner is not showing, first click on the 'Import Practitioners' button.
Click the 'Edit' button for the practitioner, and tick the 'Included' tick box, and complete the rest of the fields for the practitioner and add their services and save.
Removing a Practitioner
Head to Settings -> Practitioners.
Click the 'Edit' button for the practitioner, and un-tick the 'Included' tick box and then save.
If you need to adjust your plan head to the Account page and select the appropriate plan.
