ACC price increases get added automatically to SubmitKit, so there is nothing you need to do in SubmitKit to reflect an ACC price increase. The billed amount is calculated off the appointment date, so appointments after the increase date will reflect the increase. There is no need to split an invoice into different appointment dates.
