Provider ..... record is not currently active or in use error?

If ACC returns a Provider Id error when invoicing or creating claims

If you get the error:

Provider ...... record is not currently active or in use lines[0].provider.providerId,

First check you have entered the Provider Id correctly to the practitioner, at Settings > Practitioners.

If the provider Id is correct contact ACC to find out why the provider is currently not active.
