If you go to the claim's page, by click on a claim number.
Click the Letter Details button.
In the popup form you can Replace or Append, claim details to Cliniko’s "Invoice extra info" field. You can also include read code if you wish.
Once you have the information that you want to appear in Cliniko’s "Invoice extra info", click the Update Cliniko button.
The claim's details will now be saved to patient's "Invoice extra info" field in Cliniko. In your letter templates in Cliniko you can include the "Invoice extra info" field in an appropriate place in your letter. The claim's details will then be included in the letter, when you use that letter template.
